                                                                 Apple nachos
  • 3 crispy and slightly tart apples (we ♥ honeycrisp! yum…)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Slice up some apples thin enought so it would be easy to eat slice in one or two bites.
Lightly spritz the apples with lemon juice to keep the apples from browning too fast.

Then melt some peanut butter until it is super runny, after that drizzle it all over the apples.
Now top the apples and peanut butter with unsweetened flaked coconut, sliced almonds, a few pecans and, ofcourse, chocolate chips :)
And finally, drizzle it a little more peanut butter onto the plate. Ya know just for good look and measure.

It can't be much easier! Be sure to eat 'em with your hands, just like the real nachos :)
